October Rotation, Tues Oct 25,2005

Well babes, we're getting close to the end of the upper body bliss. What's next? An thoughts on what type of rotation Cathe will do? I'm hoping for a little more cardio, but not as intense as boot camp.
Did anyone here do that one?

Today I did RS. I can't say anything bad about it. I love it! I'm feeling thoroughly worked out( and sweaty)

Enjoy the day despite the rain. Is anyone having hurricane issues? My dad's in West Palm and yesterday they were having terrible winds. They lost their electrictiy and land lines. I think he'll be fine though. He's been through this so many times!!

Today is cardio and weights for me.

I'm in week 3 of the July 03 rotation. I have no idea what I want to do next!

I'm down another pound and another .10% body fat this week! YEAH!

ETA: I'm in NJ and gettting hit with some pretty torrential rain and strong winds! I have family down in FLA. I heard from my cousin and he got hit pretty hard. He has no running water or electric at his place so he has escaped to his mom's. Haven't heard from the others as of yet.
 
Hey ladies,

How is everybody doing this morning? I plan on doing either pilates for legs or bike for 30 or 40 mins. I've got PT today so it depends on whether they put the medicine bandage on my heel. Riding the bike is awkward when the bandage is one. Kind of leaning towards pilates or both because I haven't done pilates in months. I'm not into that because I like to build muscle and sort of bulk up my legs instead of making them slender, and right now with no muscle I don't know what you would call them! I tend to grow muscle easily in my legs so I hope it won't take long to get it all back.


Phyllis and Wendy-I will have your family in my thoughts as it is a pain I know going without electriciy and water.

Phyllis-I'm in monmouth county-hazlet/aberdeen area....and a block from the water! I think the wind was supposed to be worse by the shoreline.

Hey Babes!

My workout is complete. Today was S & H Bi/tri/abs and I also rode my bike 50 minutes.

I had no internet all morning, so that's why I'm so late posting.

I hope everyone has a good workout and great day today!
I'm off to the shower and then to have a smoothie. :)
 
Hey Ladies!

What's happening??? I've been busy all day. No work today Terri so I took advantage of my day off and am getting stuff done around the house. It's a good day to be on the couch under a blanket, but that's not happening around here.

I hope everyone and their families are all ok with this crazy weather we're having.

Sounds like everyone is busy today. I am doing the Aug. 04' rotation and have Imax 1 to do. I'm going to get to it soon as I get my boys from school. Good job everyone on your workouts.

Hi Kim! Hope PT goes well. Pilates sounds good. I don't feel like doing Imax, but I'm going to.

Hey Kali, Terri, Kim, Jane, Conni, Phyllis and Becky!

Just stopping in for a quick hello! Got C&W done while the little one slept. Didn't do the lower body weight work though-too hard on the bum knee. Stepping was fine except I took out a couple of the hi impact moves that bothered me. I did it on a 6" step. Whoo hoo! :)

Hope everyone is having a good day despite the doom and gloom in the weather forecast!

Hey everybody... off schedule for me!! I am doing L&G's, abs from KPC today, OMG I am sooo behind... Been battling an RA flare, doing better today considering I could barely walk yesterday morning. I will do what I can with L&G's, the joints in the balls of my feet and my ankles are still pretty tender and my wrists are very very tender.

Had to go to the dentist after work today and have a cavity!!!:eek: It has been years, I think over 10 years, since I had a cavity. Got an appointment to have it filled.

Hope everybody is doing well.

Hey ladies,

Just got home from PT and my foot is aggravated! I wondered why my foot would feel worse after PT and she told me that sometimes PT can cause it to plateau. That's where I am at. She says when I am evaluated by the physical therapist and foot doctor next week, then I will know more. I think I could get better without taking PT, but I'll wait and see.


I'm not sure I will do any bike or pilates tonight because foot is angry! I need to let body rest after sun. and mon. workout. I'm thinking of doing a upperbody workout,but just haven't quite decided.

Kali- How have you enjoyed your day off?
Jane-Sorry to hear about your flare up. I know that can be aggravating sometimes. Also sorry to hear about your cavity. I hate the dentists.
Wendy-Good to hear that your workout went well with your hurtknee.

Dang girls,

It sure is quiet in here! Just wanted to let you know I did 30mins. of lowerbody pilates this evening. I told ya I might just pull myself up and do it anyway! It was easier on my foot with the bandage on instead of the bike.


I am still trying to figure out what upperbody to do for tomorrow.

Well I finally got L&G's and KPC abs... better late than never. I had a lot of trouble balancing on these unstable ankles and L&G's isn't exactly a workout you want to be doing when you have balancing problems!!:p But I did it and didn't fall on my face. The knee roll-ins on KPC were a different story, I probably didn't get half of those. Even with dumbbells, my wrists can't take that right now.

Going to hit the showers and then to bed, early day tomorrow.
 
Wow So quiet here. Jane and Kim sorry to hear of your ailments. I hope you both are better soon. Great job on the workouts! Kali, did you enjoy your day off? Wendy good job on the weight loss and working out with the bum knee. HI to Becky and everyone else :)
