Good morning ladies,
Today is my day off work, so no workout yet, but I will do Legs and Glutes and the Abs from KPC. Yesterday was my fast bike ride with the guys. Well, they kicked the speed up and for the last few miles I got dropped. However, when I got back to the parking lot, I checked my average speed. It was 19.6 (for 23 miles). I was flabbergasted, no wonder I felt like I was tired. What a workout! Riding with faster people really makes you ride harder, that's for sure. I've decided I'm going to get the Spinervals and really work on my cycling indoors this winter. That way I'll be ready when Spring comes. Someday, maybe I'll be able to stay with these fast riders, for a little longer, anyway.
I've backed off on doing any running cuz last time I ran, my knee was sore and I don't want anything to affect my cycling. I just need to run slower, if that's even possible LOL, and keep it at 1/2 hour for a while longer.
I too love to get up with my coffee and log on to the forums...very comforting indeed.
