I started my day with S/H bis & tris. I'm feeling a little fried, as Cathe likes to say. It would be nice if I could continue the entire week feeling this motivated. Phyllis

It pouring and cold in Ohio and it was HARD to get out of bed this Monday morning!!!:-(

Yesterday was a rest day , and I took a 45 minute hike. It was raining but it was still good to get out.

I believe today is Cardio Kicks, and since Wed. is KPC I was thinking about subbing one of the days with step. What's everyone else doing??

I will repost is here to tell you that today I will be doing floorwork of GSLegs and PLB plus abs. I am in a hurry now for work but will return this afternoon.

Hi Ladies,

I did a run and a kickbox workout plus ctx upperbody yesterday so today I am running again and doing some legwork and abs. I am very excited about slow and heave bi's and tri's tomorrow. I like that workout!

Kali-We kept missing each other on aim yesterday so lets try again today.
Kim-Sounds like you have a great leg workout planned
Phyliss-seems you share my love of bi's and tri's
Becky-Ahh I wish it were raining here. We had a couple days like that last week and I am in rain mode and loved it!

Good morning,
Today was KPC for me (minus the abs, I'll do them tomorrow with Triceps and Biceps). This is a fun workout, love the music and I love how Cathe is fun in this one. Think I read where someone else thought that she's pretty serious in the Hardcores, I like her more chatty and fun and motivating as in KPC. JMHO.

Hope everyone has a great day (even though it is Monday) and clean eating.

Good morning Ladies.

Well, I've decided to bail on the UBB rotation and switch to the August 04' rotation which is fat burning, and leg shaping. I only have 10 weeks till my goal so I want to focus on where I need the most work. Sorry. I'll still be checking in tho.
So I did L&G's and after I take the boys to school I'm going to color my hair (all this crap going on in my life with DH is giving me more grays than I care to deal with!)x( and go for a power walk.

You're up early Terri! We'll catch up later. I don't have work till 5 today so I'll be around. Got to get some stuff done around here today. Have fun with your run and legwork! :7

I can't believe we are in the last week of the Oct. rotation already! I have been loving it and really have seen some differences.....mainly in my shoulders and biceps , but also my abs (YEAH!!). Is there such thing as a TRICEP and BUTT rotation? Cuz that's what I need next!!!;-)

Anyway, I'm going to fix some oatmeal or something. It's COLD this morning and I earned a good breakfast doing those sequential (?) kicks!!!!!}( :eek:

Hi everyone!

I had a good weekend, did MIC on Saturday, Coremax and Stretchmax on Sunday, and I don't have Cardio Kicks yet ( just ordered in from the sale ), so I did Christi Happy Hour Hi/lo and abs.

It is yucky in Ohio, that's for sure, looks like an entire week of Yucky, but it could be worse.

Hey fitness ladies,

Everyone is quiet in here today. I just finished PLB and GSLegs floorwork plus abhits. Whew! I was wondering what I had got myself into! I had to modify some exercises that were on the ball because of the way the heel is placed on the ball. I think I'm finally getting a hold of my exercising. Then I have to work on my diet. Ha! LOL!

Hey Kim, GOOD for you! I am glad it is going better for you:) Did you work today? I had to go bid 2 new jobs and got them both. I need more employees! Anuway I decided to switch my run to MIC...Whew what a workout. I will do legs and abs later. How is everyone else?

Yes terri, I did work today. I get off early friday and off monday though. I can't wait!:) Girl MIC is a doozy! That one is tough cardio!


Are you abs still sore? I thought I would die doing abs hits today!

Hey girls.

Thanks to Kim and Terri for wishing my injuries a quick mend!:) I just hope I can do better tonight when I try yet again to get a decent work out in! lol This time I am going straight for LIS though...no Firm. They jinxed me! :p
