Good morning all. I got the date right today! Sorry about that.

GS back, shoulders and bis was my workout this morning and my back is feeling it. It was one of those days where I couldn't lift very heavy. Kinda wierd how that happens.

GS BBS today. This one is never too bad for me but with all the shoulder work I did on Saturday, I hope my shoulders can take it. They aren't sore at all though.

Good Morning BABES!!!

I'm getting ready to do GS BBS! Yes, Jane, I was wondering about shoulder work when we just did it on Saturday, but Cathe knows what she is doing, so shoulder work it is!!;-)

Dh & I had a wonderful hike at a state park in Indiana yesterday , about an hours drive from our house! We will be going back there for sure! It was beautiful out there and the weather perfect and we walked a 4 mile trail .
I didn't fit stretchmax in, so will add it on today!

I was up this morning at 4am, so it was an early start. Maybe I can sneak in a nap later.;-)

How was everyone's weekend????
 
Hey Phyllis ,Jane,Becky, and all others who follow,

I have to do GSBBS also today and want to put some cardio in hopefully. I have PT after work and then come home to do weights and then the grocery store. Wow! Now I know why I can't get anything accomplished.

I'm done w/ GSBBS. I went a little heavier than I usually do today so I'll probably be feeling it later. I had time to throw some cardio in but I decided to go for a walk this evening instead.

I too, felt strong today Kali, and went heavier on most of the exercises !
I'm going to walk later too, or ride my stationary bike for some cardio.

I dont' know what else I'm doing yet today.
Most likely cleanmax and *Recover-from-the-weekend max*! ha!:p

Hi girlies.

YIKES, my rotation calls for BM today! :eek: :eek: :eek: Might as well do MIC again, what's the difference?!? LOL :p I got up too late to even think about doing this monster before Joey gets up so it is reserved for his morning nap time.

My calves are hurtin' me...They are very sore for who knows what reason. :-(

Today was GSBSB and ab hits. Now I am contemplating what step workout to do tomorrow.

I did Lowmax today as I did shoulders yesterday. Lowmax for some reason always makes me really sweat. What a leg workout too!

Hey Ladies-Hope you all are well.

What a weird day yesterday turned out to be. I swear if it wasn't for bad luck my son would have no luck these days. Him and his gf came up to denver and we visited then they went to run errands and we were all going to meet back here. They were gone much longer then was planned. I was getting worried. For good reason as it turns out. My son hit his hand on a bin at a store and apparently the pain made him faint. He fell straight back onto the floor and hit his head. Paramedics were called and He went to ER. He has a contused bone in his left hand, a concussion, and a sprained neck. He will be ok the doc said. So my sunday afternoon was spent at the hospital. Not exactly the way the day was suppose to go! I am just glad he will be ok. My son was worried about the hand as he has his cd release party the 29th. The Doctor assured him he will be ready to play by then.

Anyway I am off to workout!

I'm glad he is okay but poor guy!!!!!

I hope he recovers quickly and is good as new by the 29th!!
 
My goodness Terri! I hope he's ok! His fretting hand yet. He'll be ok. Thank goodness it wasn't worse. I'll say a prayer for a speedy recovery.

Welcome Jeanette! Glad you checked in with us! Don't even talk to me about Lowmax... I swear that DVD is my arch enemy. I always have a sweatfest too when I do it. Even if I only do half I still have to wring out my tank top!

Work was good. Kind of boring today. Tomorrow I work 5-11:30 so at least I have the day to myself.

I'm making dinner for the guys then off for a walk. It's beautiful here today. A little windy but nice and sunny.

Hey ladies,

Today has been okay except I have been going here and there today. I went to PT and it went okay except she said I was very tender in the back of my heel. I also was doing toe raises on the leg press and it hurt when I would come down. She said it hurts because I am elongating the tendon, where on the ball of my foot shortens it. The goal is to have no pain when straightened. So I can't jump up and down and land on my heel. Long time therapy!:-( But that's okay, I cool with it!:) Well I'm off to pick up son from school, her is helping with the girls basketball team. Then I hope to do my upperbody.


Terri-sorry to hear about your son,and glad he is going to be okay!

Kali-your schedule doesn't sound too bad tomorrow!

Terri, your son sounds like he has my luck, poor guy. It sounds like he is going to be okay but spending the night in the ER is no fun I know!

Hey Kali.... 11:30 p.m.!! To this early to bed, early to rise, that sounds like a nightmare!! But I guess 4 a.m. sounds like a nightmare to some.:p I guess it is what you get use to. Hope everything is going okay for you.

I just finished my workout, of course, GS BSB and I added on GS Legs - the 33 minute timesaver premix. There are two timesaver premixes and the other is 41 minutes I think. You know I chose the shortest one!!:+ :p

Going to fix something to eat. Talk to y'all a little later.

I did bodymax for cardio today. Then the BSB. I will do some abs later.

Hey girls,

Just sitting here frustrated about how busy my evenings are getting that I don't have time to exercise or no longer want to. I hope this is okay to discuss, but I guess this is concerning the rotation. Like tonight I have been running crazy and now I have to go to my mom's and won't be home for 9:00. I've got to change something here! Shoot, not only does my diet suffer so does my exercising!


If I don't do weights tonight then tomorrow I will have to make up, and that sucks! Well sorry to pour on my sad story but I wish I could get a grip on this! How do you ladies exercise when it is night and you're tired?

Hi ladies,
My eating was good today (calorie wise, 1300 to 1500 calories on my light days, 1900 on big day). However, any more, I'm hardly ever hungry. Just kind of a blah stomach. Should I eat anyway? When I first started cycling my calories, I felt hungry, but in a good way and lost a few pounds, then nothing. Since then, I haven't lost any, haven't gained either and I'm hardly ever hungry. Anyone else experience this? Am I eating too many calories on my light days? I do feel fabulous energy wise and I'm pretty pleased about that.

Any suggestions?
