October rotation check in, Sun 10-26,2005

Hi Phyllis and others who follow,

Today I am going to attempt doing some of KPC with my foot. I want to at least push my foot to see what it all can do. I will stop if the foot starts hurting. KPC will probably be kinder to it than step. today is supposed to be day off on rotation but I have had a slack week. But I am starting on track tomorrow!


Kali- how has everything been going? Are you working out today or taking the rest day?

Jane- How is the eating going? I know you can beat it!

Terri-Yeah, if you want to do the entire coremax again, we can do it next weekend.

Hey Phyllis/Kim... Kim - I am back on track as of yesterday and don't anticipate any problems for a while. Mid-cycle, which was last week, and right before I start are my biggest problem times. I'll be okay for a while. Just have some damage to repair but it should come off in a week or so.

Yesterday was that competitive 5K, shoulder work from PUB, AllStep, and TimeSaver and CM#3.

Today is that much much needed StretchMax and some abs to make up for the ones I missed Friday.

Hey Jane and Phyllis,

I just got finished doing the KPC conditioning drills premix. It is 37mins. and I could only do 20. It was not cause of my foot, but my endurance. Man that is crap how I can't go very long without just giving out of energy! But nevertheless I was happy I could do those windmills, shuffles side to side and anything involving jumping! It's weird how I can tell what day that I can push my foot further! Hell it will probably be my worst enemy tomorrow!


I want to maybe so some calve raises with weights later. I need to really focus on my legs now. I will insert some legs in with my upperbody rotation.

Hi Phyliss and kim and all who follow,

I have had such a fun weekend. :) Today is rest but I am not going to. I will run and do legs and glutes. Or the leg pre-mix from supersets and abs. I am undecided can you tell? I have to go grocery shopping today too.

How is everyone else? Kim next weekend sounds good just pick a day!

This isn't rotation related but I just had to tell y'all that I finally finished switching out my summer and winter closets!!! YEAH!!!! I have been putting it off and just buckled down this afternoon and did it!
 
Jane-Don't even mention that! I haven't even started doing the switch over! I guess it's because I know that I have gone up a size in my shirts and pants. Isn't that depressing? I am scared to even try this! Even though I know I have to sooner or later! But I think that my time off of exercising has come to an end! Slowly am I starting to pick up the pace!:7


Trying on those jeans will hurt!x(

I have a few pair of pants that are a little snug after my foray into the PB this past week along with a few other things I shouldn't have eaten. We'll just have to buckle down Kim.

Finished 15 minutes of abs - from PUB and Power Hour abs on Ab Hits. Also did StretchMax #1.

Hey Guys..........I worked 11-7 today so I took a rest day. Looking forward to Back,Bi's and Shoulders tomorrow. Work was fun. Long but fun. My manager told me I'm doing great with my customer service and helping out up front to check when we get busy. So that was nice for my self esteem. It's a really great place to work. I was dreading going today, but it flew by! I'm on 9:30-2:30 tomorrow so that's not quite as bad.

Jane I'm glad you're doing better. Hang in there sweetie. Good job with the closets! I'm still not done with mine!

Kim, sounds like you're getting back into the swing of things. 20 min. of KPC was great! Now remember you may be pretty sore tomorrow so don't freak out. I'm gonna have to throw Lowmax in somewhere this week and torture my legs too.

Terri and Kim I'll do Coremax w/ you guys next weekend too. Just let me know. I did Slim n 6pack yesterday from beachbody, and whoa was I burning!! I didn't have time to do a coremax so I popped that in after I did legs and shoulders.

It's really good that you are having so much fun at this job. It makes those long days not so dreadful. And yes, it would be fun for us three or anyone else join us in coremax next weekend. That will push me even more! And I know I shouldn't have a meltdown if I'm sore tomorrow. I am slowly figuring out that it will be doing that for now. I will try to get up in the morning and throw some cardio in for the day, cause they will kill my foot in PT tomorrow. I will do GSBBS after work tomorrow.


Ya'll let me know when it is good to do coremax this weekend. I don't really have nothing planned.
