Good morning fitness buddies...

Yesterday was KickMax and three segments of step from the step only premix of Cardio&Weights.

Today is PUB and BB Timesaver tri's, bi's and StretchMax.

Good morning Jane and everyone else. You scared me for a minute - I thought that it might not be Friday!

Today was S/H shoulders and Core Max complete core. That's it for me on this rotation as Saturday is a rest day for me. My rotations start Sun. Hopefully Cathe will post the new one soon.

LOL... Phyllis, I was off work yesterday so my days are a bit messed up. I edited it so nobody else will have a heart attack thinking it might still be Thursday!!:+

Good Morning Babes!

Yesterday for me was S&H chest/back/planks and a 30 min. hill climb on treadmill.
Today is the dreaded BODY MAX!!!!!!! (minus ub work)
I have a love/hate relationship with this one.
The last time I did it on an empty stomach and it WHIPPED me~! Today I will try a light snack first and see if it helps any!~

Hey Jane,Phyllis,Becky and others who follow,

Yesterday I did MM upperbody and having a little soreness. Today I wanted to spice up my floor legs so I'm doing L&G(ankle weight workout),GSlegs floor(band work only), and PLB(inner thigh squeezes with ball and outerthigh lifts on ball). I hope I return from this! And will do PowerHour abs.


Will checkin this afternoon!

Good morning all!

Today was CTX upper body. Just got this video! Wow, this one sneaks up on you, doesn't it? Great workout. Did my own abwork also. I hope we get a new rotation posted soon, I am on my own about now.

Saturday - Bodymax ( minus the upper body )
Sunday - Coremax and stretchmax.

Have a great weekend, I don't know if I will be checking on Monday, DH is having some surgery and we don't know what time yet, so it will be kind of crazy that day.

Good Morning Ladies.

So yesterday I attempted RS. I did the first 2 step combos and I survived! I messed up a little bit but never so much to get me frustrated and wanting to quit. It wasn't that bad and it was sooo much fun! I also did PUB down only and went super heavy...what a burn!!!}( I did 1/2 of Coremax # 1 as well. Great work out yesterday and it was supposed to be a rest day! LOL :eek:

Today calls for Circuit Max. I have a hard time getting through that one. I'll probably have to modify some of the high impact to get through it. It's also lots of lower body weight work if I remember correctly...I'll be modifying that as well for the sake of my knee.

Hi Ladies,

Yesterday was very busy so I never got to check in. I did a run and some weihjt work -Full body endeurance as I did chest and back the day before. Today is bodymax which I love! The weekend is hsctic with my sons cd release party so I may not get on much. I am so excited for my son!

Hey ladies,

How is everyone doing today? I just got home from work and doing errands. It is 5:04 and I'm pooped! Was going to do the leg workout I was looking forward to but Dh has the tv until 10:00,so I will do it tomorrow and I definitely will have time. I can sleep in tomorrow also!!:p I pretty much need two days off during the week with my foot and schedule. Five days is plenty for me at this time.

Hey Guys!

What's happening?? I am fine thank you. Worked last night till 11:30 and today 9:30-2:30. Busy busy busy. Got to be or I'll go crazy. Things are pretty tense here. Everything's ok, but it's not easy. I'll be fine tho. I'm going to a meeting in a bit and out with some friends to eat afterwards. And I didn't eat much at all today so I may just have whatever the hec I want and not feel guilty. (probably not tho)

Hey Kim! I plan on sleeping in too tomorrow! I am TIRED! I went for a walk after work and it was only like 48 degrees. The fresh air wore me out! I'm doing cardio and Leaner Legs tomorrow. Just got it yesterday!

Yes I will be around tonight Kali. My friday night is pretty quiet except for the sounds of race cars on tv. It's qualifying night.


Kali you will love leaner legs! But it is a real leg burner!}( I should recieve next week Maximum Intensity Strength and PS stronglegs and abs. I had these on vhs at home but they were getting old and PS legs finally died 2 months ago.
