Hey gang... I still am not completely sure what I'll do today. I'm either going to run or do the step portion from MIC which is only 36 minutes long, so I'll need another short step segment from somewhere. I'll figure it out before this afternoon.

Good Morning Babes!

I haven't figured out mine for sure yet either but think I am going to mish mosh sections from different workouts on the Cardio Hits and Classics dvds, just to have something different.:)

I have a little bit of soreness in my chest and I didn't use wieghts as heavy as you Jane!!!:eek: GO Jane, GO!!! Of course chest & triceps are my weakest areas and that GS workout is KILLER!! :p
I do much better on biceps & shoulders.

G'morning Becky, Jane and all the babes. LoMax was todays WO and I am bushed! It was one of those days when I felt tired from the start. My heart rate didn't climb as much as usual and I was ready for the end. I dislike when I feel that way. I'm only going through the motions without getting the enjoyment. Well, tomorrow will be better.
Becky, enjoy your mishmosh. Let us know what you did.

today I am thinking on doing Supersets workout. I have only done that like twice in a few years. I need to stick something new in for some extra flava! Cardio will be decided after SS this afternoon.

Good morning all,
Today was Pyramid Chest and Triceps and ME abs. Nice workout and didn't take too long. Feel like I should get some 20# DB's for the chest work, but man, that's a big jump from 15 to 20.

Have a fast paced bike ride after work today..pant, pant. Bout the only way I can hang with the guys is to draft the whole way. Someday I hope to pull my weight, but for now it's all about survival. Maybe next year, this season's drawing to a close.

I just finished my step workout. I mixed up different workouts to put together a step routine including warm up and cool down and stretch of about 75 minutes. LOTS OF FUN!!:)

Phyllis, I have many days like that , and I hate it too. Very frustrating and I don't always know what caused it that particular day (bad eating? not enough sleep? TTOM? stress ,coming down with something??). It always seems strange to me that I workout I have flown through before can give me trouble another day, but it sure does happen!!! Just know we've all been there, and will be again!
And tomorrow is another day!!!

I don't think my Allbran at my desk fits into the yummy category you guys have here, but I can dream!:9

Anyways, today was Seasun's TNS, plus her corestrengthening and stretch sections. Nice change! ( Sometimes I am not too hip on Cathe Cardio...but don't tell anyone!:* )

You are all having good weeks that is for sure, and my chest and triceps were feeling a little wobbly after doing GS CT yesterday and then holding planks forever today!

Today will be a run and a leg workout. I am thinking legs and glutes. Then abs from KPC. The sun is back today but it is gooing to be in the 60's. Which to me is better then the 80's!

Kim-so are we on for saturday? Kali and who else is joining us?

I retract my statement I made this morning about not being sore. I have progressively gotten sorer and sorer through the day. I just got up from my desk to stretch and about passed out!!

My triceps and chest are BEYOND SORE!
 
Hey girls,

Wow what a hard working day today! I had a 30min. class at work today and the lights were cut out and I was nodding big time! I had to shake my head awake. I just woke up from a nap and have to pick son up from school and then hopefully I can do SuperSets. I can't promise myself anything here lately.


Terri- Yes I plan on doing the coremaxathon saturday. I think becky,kali,me and I'm not sure if Jane is yet. Hey Jane! Are you going to join us in coremax saturday? How about you Phyllis? And wendy I think you said you were also right?


I was thinking about 8:00 saturday morning. How does it sound? I think the earlier the less of procrastination that will take place. I am basically referring to me!:p But anytime is fine with me. Just let me know if this time is good.

I did SJP cardio seg's and abs. It was fun. Tomorrow I'm doing SB and L&G's and abs from something or other. I don't have KPC nor do I want it. LOL.

What time are we doing Coremax Saturday? I prefer early AM. Only because I probably won't feel like doing it after work. So let me know guys.

Kim how was SS? I love that workout. Like the music a lot. How was work today? I worked customer service and the day FLEW by! I like switching from the floor to the register. It breaks it up nicely.

Glad I'm off tomorrow tho. I need a break from that place! It's insane there! I talked to them about getting days only when DH goes to Iraq after the holidays and they said that's no problem. And I'll be able to get full time when I need to which is good to know. I'm so glad with the choice I made!

Phyllis, I can relate to starting out tired and going downhill from there. And that especially sucks when you're doing a "max" workout.

Jeanette, I think about going heavier too but you're right 5lbs is a big jump! Like Cathe says too bad they don't make weights in 1 lb. increments.

Terri! How's your family doing today? How's Nat's hand? Hope it's feeling better. Did you run today then?

I'm off to visit my friend that I'm going to be moving in with. Yes DH and I are separating. It's time. It's not going to be easy, but if I stay in today we'll all be alright. Please say some prayers for my sons. They're the ones I'm worried about. I'm not "worried" about them, I'm just having a hard time picturing them without me here. I will be here every morning when they wake up and they will be staying w/ me too, but it's still tough to picture. So I have to stop doing that I guess. One day at a time.

Well I'll be back after my visit.

Hey everybody....

I scraped the step for today. I just didn't want to step for some reason. I ate an earlier supper than usual, then went out at 6 and ran 2.25 miles and with a 1/2 mile w/u and 1/2 mile c/d. Total of 45 minutes. Burned 339 calories so I'm good with that.

I don't think I'll be in on the CM Saturday because I'm having to switch my Fri and Sat's workout around. DH and I have something to do tomorrow after I get off work and then we'll go get something to eat and I've been working OT this week getting up and starting at 4 Monday, Wed, and I'll do it again in the morning so no time for a w/o tomorrow. I'll take my rest day tomorrow and do L&G, Abs from KPC, and a stretch on Saturday. I don't want to add CoreMax to all that. I'm still not sold on doing an hour of CoreMax anyway!!:p

I am definitely sore. Hopefully it will subside before Sunday's w/o. I don't have CTX Upper Body. I'm thinking of some premixes off the Gym Styles and PUB upper premix only. Anybody have CTX Upper body that can give me some guidance?

Kali - I'm sorry to hear about your situation with your boys. My thoughts are with you. I'm only a few keystrokes away if you need me.

Becky, I don't know about championship lifting but I did go heavier. I guess I like DOMS}( :+ I'll let you know tomorrow! Hopefully this is as sore as I'll get.
