Good morning all! Well, the weekend is almost here! Yea!

S/H chest and back today. I couldn't get through the planks - just didn't have the energy.

Kim , I hope your tooth pain is better. It sounds mighty uncomfortable.

Good Morning Phyllis and all the other BABES! :)

Yesterday I did 30 min. treadmill run , 30 min. step.
Today is S&H chest & back and I'll probably do a hill climb on my treadmill or interval on bike in place of another 30 min. run.

I'm also spending (wasting) my day waiting for the clothes dryer serviceman to come out and fix my dryer and of course they gave me NO idea what time! ugh!

Kim, I hope the tooth is better today. I have one like that too some days it really hurts!:( Am waiting till Jan. when insurance will cover a root canal/crown.

Hello ladies,

Burrrr! It is cold here! I am definitely not ready for cold weather. Give me summer anytime! Well today I will do MM upperbody and bike cause of so much to do last night and a killer toothache. this is a tooth that needs a root canal and I plan on taking care of it soon.

Hey phyllis-Thanks, I should of taken care of that tooth a long time ago, but there is that thing of a fear of dentist. My dh says not to wait until it puts me in agony one day! And yes girl, those planks are grueling!


Also everyone, I think I have my exercising under control toward where I am being consistent. Now I focusing today on trying to eat better. I am slowly cutting out the bad stuff. I noticed that not being able to do legs with weights that I've lost all muscle and since I've gained weight I look wide in the hips and then it goes narrow starting at my legs. It's like I'm not porportioned right.But oh well, maybe cutting out all that junk, I will cut down my tummy and hips.

Becky---Oh man, those darn service calls when you get a 4 hour window and then the guy shows up in the last minute of the 4 hours or even worse...IS LATE!!!!! OOOOHHHHH that gets on my last nerve! I have never heard of not getting a time window AT ALL though! I'd be super pist!x( I'll be sending you "dryer serviceman get her soon" vibes! LOL

Kim---Sorry to hear about your tooth trouble. HATE that. I hate the dentist too. I always put off even a cleaning. It's terrible, I know.:-(

Hi Jane, Kali, Terri, Conni and anyone else I am probably forgetting! Sorry!

So today is a rest day according to my schedule but there are 2 this week so I am only taking the one on saturday. I'll be doing abs (maybe another coremax marathon if I have time.), and some upper body weights and then maybe a short cardio too if I can fit it in. I am not going nuts on the cardio today though b/c I gotta do Circuit Max tomorrow and that one is TOUGH for me!:eek: }( :eek:

Kim-hope you don't have too much trouble with that tooth. I've been there and it rots. My brother is my dentist so I don't have any fear. Just fear of getting cavities or not brushing right! His big brother role does not end when I'm in the chair!
I'm glad you feel you're getting a hold on everything. That is wonderful. You're getting some balance and that is what you need. You'll get there Girlfriend.

Hope the dryer guy gets there soon Becky! I hate that too! It's like if you decide well I'll workout now and maybe I can get it done before he gets here and the doorbell rings!x(

I was supposed to do GS legs today but felt like working UB too so I did PH instead. My butt was already sore from Lowmax yesterday. I can just imagine what I'm going to feel like later today and tomorrow! Yikes.
I'm not sticking to my rotation too well. I may start again next week since I've only done 1 out of 4 workouts that was scheduled. My Leaner Legs and Ab hits is coming today. So I might just start doing cardio and LB everyday with UB thrown in 3 days a week.

Good morning everybody... Yes Kali I am feeling better compared to Monday, my wrists are still tender this morning but my feet and ankles are back to "normal" (or normal for me).

Except for a couple of walks, I haven't done cardio since last Thursday when I ran instead of doing step. This is due to being behind on the rotation. So I'll do KickMax today subbing for Cardio Kicks and I'm adding on another steady state cardio step, not sure what. I'll break it up and do it at two different times since I'm off today. Have to work the weekend so today is a comp day.

TTYL... off to get breakfast.

We are almost at the end of this rotation, what is next???

Believe it or not, I got all my VHS tapes yesterday...EXCEPT CARDIO KICKS!!! The one tape I wanted to try today!;(

I emailed Cathe to see what is up with that, but I did Power Circuit instead, omitting the shoulders and ab sections but keeping the stretch, and Coremax 1.

My eight year old got up early and came downstairs to workout with me, looked at Cathe and said "Why is she pulling her hair??" I have to admit it looks that way! Crunch..ouch...Crunch..ouch!

Hey Jane...I haven't been "up" on this thread the past couple of days now. Sorry to hear that you weren't feeling your best but happy you are returning to normal again! Enjoy your day off! :)
 
My workout is done!

I did a hill climb interval walk on the treadmill for 3 miles, and S&H chest/back/planks ! Upper body is PUMPED and a little bit shaky.
I went heavier than Cathe on some of the sets!! But did NOT start out with #25's!

Off to the showers!

Ohhhh and the repair place called and said they'd be out between 2 and 5 , so at least I have the morning free! I just hate waiting and feeling like I am wasting my day!!
 
Hey girls,

How has everyone's day been? Just got back from PT and getting ready to do MM upperbody. The therapist told me that I shouldn't do the bike tonight, seeing as I didn't have a good day at therapy. He said I have made improvements since I got out of the boot, but still have a ways to go. He also told me not to do the bike all the time, cause it stretches something in the foot. Whatever name he used. I could do toes raises a couple of weeks ago, and I tried it today and it hurt so bad. He said he could see my foot shaking. So he did not put me on the leg press today and I wasn't the least disappointed.


Will return when I finish MM.

Where are you ladies at? I just finished MM upperbody and I love it! I love the counting that she does with the workouts. I'm not sure what workout I will do tomorrow except I know it will include legs and abs.

Hey Kim and everyone..... Got KickMax in around noon today and then the first three step segments of the step only premix off Cardio&Weight with w/u and stretch.

I did those leg conditioning drills also on KickMax and my lower body needs a break. L&G's day before yest, MIS yesterday, and those drills today!! Whoa!!! I am walking a little funny and it isn't all RA!!


Tomorrow is S&H tri's and bi's and since I don't have S&H, I am doing the PUB and BB Timesaver tri's and bi's. I am going to add a StretchMax to that, I am definitely tight!!!

I was off today because I have to work the weekend and we usually get Tuesday off for working the Sunday but since I took off next Friday, the boss asked if I would just make that my comp day and work Tuesday... I, of course, said yes... GULP... I begin tomorrow and will not be off again until next Friday. I am going to be one tired puppy since we are on overtime also. I don't have to work the OT but the money is just too attractive.

DH and I leave next Friday for Oklahoma City for a week, we'll be back around the 13th. We go out here each year for the American Quarter Horse World Show. Even though I'm not that interested in horses, it is a nice getaway and DH enjoys it so we have a good time.
