chocolate peanut butter oatmeal! i'm having for lunch, as a matter of fact!
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup milk (i use light vanilla soy)
dash salt
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 packet splenda
OR
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup light chocolate soy milk
dash salt
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1/2 packet splenda to taste
i could eat this 3 times a day!
you can use skimmed milk, of course... and sugar!

cute work out clothes are good for AT LEAST an additional 10-15 calories burned!
