O/T question re banana cake recipe from chefkate...

are rolled oats the same as "organic oven-toasted oats - old fashioned"? this is what i have that we make oatmeal with... do i need to buy a box that specifically says rolled oats?

silly question, i know, and off topic for this forum but i thought it would get lost in open discussion...

im really looking forward to making this cake today!

It's just old fashioned regular oats. I use Quaker....

i just decided to go for it and use the oats i had. the cake came out awesome!!! DEF did not taste like a healthier recipe. thanks for sharing, kate!
