I have been faithfully working out for over two years and I’m ready to tackle/fine tune my diet, so I just purchased gold member nutrition manager. Initially it came up fine and I could access it. However, as I was loading a new food (Chia) the program kicked me out and now I cannot access the manager at all. Help!
 
We have tested your account and were able to successfully create/load a new 'testing food' without any issues or errors.

There could be some corrupted, cached data in your browser preventing you from gaining a clean session. I suggest closing all browser windows and tabs except for the one you are working in. Then clear out any old temporary stored cache, authenticated session, cookies, etc. from your browser. For instructions on how to do this go here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

After clearing out your cache, close and restart your browser then try again. Make sure you have cookies and JavaScript enabled on your browser.
