NROWLFW - revisted

Hello all, and and happiest of new year wishes! I was wondering about those of you who used the New Rules of Weight LIfting for Women book last year and what your results were like. Were you able to complete the full program (around 6 months I think)? Did you follow the nutrition plan? Were the results as expected? From what I remember, it's been about a year since publication. I know most people are excited about STS almost being in our hands, but was wondering about the results from NROWLFW. Thanks for any input! Deb
 
I liked this rotation

Hi Debbie: I did the entire rotation or stages. LOVED it although I did burn out on it. Haha! I lost a dress/pant size and lost 5lbs. I really liked the HIIT and I think that was the key for me. This program got me hooked on heavy lifting!

As far as the eating, I pretty much ate the way I've been eating...85% clean...HTH!
