I'm trying to decide between High Step Challenge and BCx2. I'm not doing the rotation or anything, but I was curious how it would feel after doing BCx2. Then I remembered I haven't done HSC very much. Then again, I've only done BC once since I got it. Hmm. Any thoughts?

If you've only done BC once since getting it I wouldn't advise doing it twice through. But I gotta' say it feels AMAZING!!!!!!!! I'd shoot for BC a few more times in singles, interject HSC a few times along with some other circuits and then try BCx2.

Hey Amy, I too am very intrigued at the idea of doing BC and/or HSC x2. Personally I will try BCx2 first because it was put out there by our fearless leader herself. (I might be mistaken but I don't think HSCx2 is part of the August rotation). What are you doing tomorrow for a workout? Sunday is my 'go like stink' day soooooo....I'm thinking.........would you like to take the BCx2 challenge tomorrow.....hmmmm......?:) Let me know:)

How about doing BC and HSC back-to-back? Then you don't have to decide between them (but you still have to decide which one to do first!).

BCx1 is done! I realized about 3 minutes into the warmup that I'm still a bit sick with a cold and what was I thinking x2? but now that you mention doing HSC after this... and my room is still all set up... I might do a short HSC premix! That sounds fun. Thanks all!

PS I'm not ready for BCx2! I keep thinking I'm in the great shape I was when running... not! LOL. So I'll be working towards that one... because at the start of the BC stretch, another round seems doable!

Okay, that was FUN! It's been a while since I've worked out for over 60 minutes. Ha, my bra is entirely soaking!! ew.

I did BC all the way through, including warmup and cool down, then I did the 32 minute HSC premix and added abs and stretch at the end of that.

I'm thinking I should eat some dinner now, LOL.

Thanks for the great ideas!!
