I just did HIIT (Double Wave) for the first time and... HOLY SMOKES!! I *think* I'm still alive, but it was a little iffy there for a while :p.

If this doesn't blast my unwanted fat from here to kingdom come, then I don't know what will. Man, that was intense! I've been doing HIIT on the treadmill for a few weeks now, but it has been nowhere near the intensity that this was. I had to stop early on some of the intervals here--let's just say I'm very humbled right now and there is LOTS of room to grow here :).

Awesome job, Cathe!! I don't know whether to hate you for torturing me or kiss you for making such a fantastic workout :p.

I did double wave and 30/30. I'm scared to try 40/20. The only good thing about the 40/20 is that there's three one-minute breaks placed throughout. I'm still scared though.
 
I'm afraid to do any of the HIIT workouts. It's gonna be awhile before I'm able to do any of them.
 
Don't be afraid. She does a repetitive move during the 40 seconds. If she does 30 tuck jumps during the 40 seconds then just do 15 skipping every other one and focus on really good form. You can do it!
 
I will use an industrial strength sport bra next time for 40/20.

LOL. I haven't done that one yet, but Cardio Core Circuit was giving me that idea too... those jumps into pushups nearly caused a head injury ;)
