I did a modified Nov. rotation workout today. The back of my knee is killing me so squats and lunges hurt like the dickens. I did PLB standing only, but with up only on both lunges and squats and I skip the deadlifts. Then because my knee still hurt I only made it through the warm up and 15 or so min. of MIC's step portion. sigh, really lame workout it would seem. Oh well tomorrow is a new day!!
