Hi everyone,
Got up this morning and did S&H Shoulders, Leg & Glutes floorwork (wow I felt this), and KPC Abs. I can get into about 1/4 of the pike position. I notice it can be tough on the shoulders so I am taking it slow. Have to work up to it.
Hope everyone is having a good day. I am actually enjoying this rotation. Maybe it is because of the different workouts she is putting in there.
