November Rotation Day Eight

Ok week two I am switching to PS series. day 1 week 2: PS CST and abs from ME. I added shoulders today because I could get the whole session in in just under an hour.
 
Day 1 of the second day. Today I am going to do Slow and Heavy back y biceps and the first half of MIC. My "special days of the month " are near and I prefer to do the cardio now and in those days do the weight training.Have fun.

I'm going to do the workout tonight - I was just too tired to do it this morning. I"m also going to take a brisk walk at lunch.

I am really loving this rotation. :)
 
I did S&H Chest though minus the inclines just wasn't into it today, and triceps and abs off of MIS.:7
 
My workout is done: 1 half of MIC and S & H biceps and back. See you tomorrow.

I plan on doing S&H and abs tonight. I hope I have the energy. For some reason I'm so exhausted today. I even slept for an hour this afternoon, which I never do. DD is home sick with a virus so I'm wondering if I'm coming down with it too. I hope not, because I don't want to ruin this rotation! I'm on a roll!

Love the low max pictures. I think my knees and back will thank me for this one!
