November Rotation Day 4

Got up and did Pyramid lower body standing and 24 minutes on the bike. Tonight I am hoping to do some yoga or stretching.

Plan on KPC tomorrow but not sure if I want to do Imax2 or PlyoX on Saturday. Do you think this would be a good trade off?

My shoulders aren't too bad today. I will do PLB standing legs today and probably run on the treadmill today. I didn't run the other day..I subbed Step&Intervals instead. I think Plyox is fine as long as you feel it's just as tough as Imax 2. I don't have it, so I wouldn't know. Have a great day!!

Good morning day 4. I am going to do the standing PLB and for cardio kickbox of ctx series.I can wait to do two days full of cardio Friday and Saturday.Have a great day.

I did PLB standing legwork but couldn't manage the energy to do any cardio. I barely made it through the weight workout. It took me almost 45 min. to do the weight work. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!!:)
 
I got my cardio in this morning, I did the Firm's Fat Blasting Cardio which clocked in at 34 min. It's not as intense as a Cathe step tape but I liked the change. Tonight I'll do PLB. I'm suprised I'm not sore from the stability ball work yesterday. I was suffering through it, that's for sure!

I have Plyo X but never did it. I usually subbed a Cathe cardio for a P90X cardio. After this rotation I think I'm going to do 4 weeks of P90X. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm beginning to miss Tony!:p
