November rotation day 2

Just finished S&H back and biceps. Instead of the run she recommends I'm going to do a CTX cardio this evening. I can't stand running! Last night my right hand cramped up after the incline chest presses. I was using 20lb dumbbells and I have a hard time holding them that long. It hurt so bad that I had to skip the last set of chest flies and I also skipped the tricep dips. Still, I gave it my all and I'm feeling nice and tight in my chest and triceps this morning!

Hi, I have done yet the workouts of the second day of the rotation.I have done the hi/low of MIC to sustitute the run. Have agreat day.
