November rotation day 2

Come on, here is the second day of the rotation.S & H back and biceps and 30 minutes of MIC are waiting for me. It is not to much .We can do it. During my exercises I see the first picture of Muscle Max I printed and it motivates me. After my workout I will come back here.Enjoy.

My workout is finished.My arms are tired for the yesterday work but I have done it. I am going to do 30 minutes in my static bike for all the stops I have done in MIC.Have fun.I hope we have more pictures today.

I am happy to say that I actually ate clean yesterday:9 !! I was so tempted to just have one piece of candy from the Halloween bowl, but then I kept thinking about Cathe and crew. I had a great workout too. My chest is very soar today. My tris are a little soar , but not as bad as my chest. Today will be S&H Back and Bis for strength. I am not sure what I want to do for cardio. I don't feel like running. Maybe Step&Intervals. I really think I will stick with this rotation. Cathe and crew are so darn motivating!! Morning everyone,

I did S&H back and bi's this morning. Tonight I plan on getting on the treadmill and do a walk/jog routine, usually 4 minutes walking 1 minute jog/run. I cannot run for a long amount of time but I think this routine is the closest I can come to Cathe's 30 minutes of running.

My chest is sore today but my tris don't seem to be to bad.

Good Morning,
Last night I was in the mood for some cardio so I did Rhythmic Step -I had so much fun. This morning I did Pure Strength Back Biceps and Abs. Hopefully I will have Slow and Heavy by the 3rd week of the rotation:). Anyway, it's pretty cold here today so I may have to dust off the stationary bike and MIC to get in the cardio tonight;).

I can't say I am really sore today but I can tell my muscles were worked-especially my triceps and shoulders (I went ahead and did shoulders since I have VHS of Pure Strength).

Mariángeles, I have put the picture of Muscle Max as my Desktop and I like the idea of printing it out and putting it in my workout area for motivation. Heck, I should probably put it on my fridge, in my cupboards, at work, ...:)

Aila, good job yesterday with the clean eating - it is so tough isn't it?

Well, I threw out the rest of the cake I had for breakfast yesterday so I wouldn't be tempted. So today I am starting new. Wish me luck.

Hi Wendy,

Good for you for throwing out that cake!! My Halloween candy is up in my highest cabinet and I can't reach it. It makes it much harder to eat it now. Good luck on clean eating today!!

OK, days 1 & 2 complete. Yikes S&H is tough! Day one I added cardio and the abs from day 2. Day 2 went as as planned minus cardio but plus, a good tennis match. I do have chest and to a lesser degree tricep soreness. Those biceps are hard for me to complete, but I get through them.
 
Ok, I did day 2 but I substituted riding the bike on the trainer for 30 min. instead of running since I don't run. My chest is sore from yesterday but I normally as sore after doing Slow and Heavy Chest.

I finished day 2 with CTX Kickboxing because I just can't stand running. These two days of S&H weren't as bad as I'd thought they be. I am still having pain in my right hand from using those 20 pound dumbbells yesterday, so I wasn't able to go as heavy as I would have liked on biceps today. I'm glad shoulders is on the agenda for tomorrow because I'm pretty weak in my shoulders, so I can go light on the weights. Then I'll have several days to nurse my hand before resuming S&H Monday!
 
I finished day 2 off with Charlene Prickett Oxygen in Calories out. I don't run so this was a nice workout.
