November Rotation check in?

Hey ladies,

Didn't know if you were starting up a new rotation or not. I was hoping to have another checkin seeing that it was very helpful in getting a hold of my workouts. I started my new rotation yesterday,because I figured if cathe comes out with one I still won't be able to do it.So I hope you ladies will come back for a checkin. If everyone is starting tomorrow then we can start then.


Yesterday I did floor legs from L&G,GSlegs,and KPC. Man my legs are feeling that one today!

Today will be PUB chest,MIS chest/PUB back, MIS back and MIS abs. I am getting MIS today along with PS strong legs and abs. Yeah!

I'll join in!

Yesterday was a rest day for me. I am starting week 4 of my rotation for October today with Step Works...I'm a little behind because I started late! LOL

When I am done I think I might do this one over but I will change up the work out titles for variety.

Hi Kim.

I am doing the July 03 rotation for fat loss and definition. I love it! My bf has dropped consistently as well as my weight and I am getting nice definition in my arms because I am really pushing on the u/b work! I think it's a great balance of cardio and weight training!:)

I'll join you on a check in for November. I am doing a rotation of my own involving:
* 5 days of heavy rep light weight legs (not unlike freestyle)
* 3 days endurance upper body
* 3 30" interval bike workouts
* 3 abs sessions
* and some stretching.

I'll post my rotation if anyone want to see it.

My goal for this month is to maintain my fittness level and physique while doing no impact whatsoever. If I get added benefits so much the better. I did get firmer this past summer, and I am in pretty good shape for my 44-year-11-month-body-post-4- kiddos...

Hey Kim.

I am glad you brought this up as I miss you and Wendy and Jane and Becky and Kali and the others from the october rotation. I am waiting to see what cathe puts out for November then i will decide what rotation to do. Meantime I am doing my own thing. Nice to see Kim :) Judy it will be fun to get to know you better.

Hey girls,

I just finished chest and back of PUB&MIS. Whew! that was tougher than I thought it was going to be! I also did abs from MIS. Terri how are you doing girl? I wanted to continue a check in for us or anyone else who wants to join.

Terri and I talked about this today on IM. How about a checkin titled November Personal Rotation. Not everybody it seems is going to be following the same rotation. I am waiting to see what Cathe puts out but I believe I may go with the Jan 05 rotation and do a pre-emptive strike on all that holiday eating. I'd definitely miss out rotation checkin. We can't let it die!!

I think it titled November personal rotation would be great. yeah, we are doing different workouts, but need to keep each other going.

Hi Guys! Sorry I'm so late. This day has been a whirlwind with the boys parades and parties etc.! I'm actually grateful I'm going to work and DH is taking them trick or treating!

I am doing the August 04 rotation, but I might check out the one Wendy is doing and try that. I don't have time to look it up now since I'm going to work in a few minutes. But I will checking in here too!

Hi all! I'd love to join in the checkin. I love reading about what everybody else is doing. I'ts truly inspiring. When I don't feel like getting up in the morning, I just think about everyone else doing the same thing and out of bed I get! I plan to follow Cathe's November rotation - so tomorrow will be KPC for me. Today I did ME. It had been a long time since I'd done it and I forgot about all those leg presses. I think my butt will be sore tomorrow!

Just wondering - do you gals workout 6 days/week? I usually do 5, but I was going to attempt to add another day. It's hard to break an old habit. My rest days were Wed and Sat, but I'll try to eliminate Wed.

I just saw the Nov. rotation! I am doing that one when I finish this one out. I was gonna do the same rotation again using diff. w/o's but I like the look of the nov. one! Anyone going to join me?:)
