November rotation check-in Saturday 5

Hi good morning everyone, I start the check-in today. Yesterday I did Plyo P90X to substitute the 30 minutes of interval running, TJ cardio party nº1, TJ 20 minutes workout, the stability ball segment of Core Max and 35 minutes in my stationary bike.In the rotation today is a rest day but I will do TJ, the hi/low of MIC and PLB.I will rest on Monday.

Hi again, the hard part of my daily workout is done. I have just finished the hi/low of MIC.This hi/low kicked my butt. I can't understand how Cathe can talk during the high impact segment of the hi/low. Amazing.I think I burned more calories doing the hi/low than doing 20 minutes of steady state running.

Good morning Mariangeles! That's great you're done with the hard part! Glad you burned some major calories and got your butt kicked! LOL!

I am working 10-4 today. CTX Kickbox cardio and stability ball of PUB is on my rotation today but I don't have CTX, so I'm going to powerwalk and do PUB after work.

Tomorrow is a rest day but I will probably do cardio or powerwalk in the morning since I don't have work till noon.

Hey Mariangeles and Kali,

Yesterday was PS legs twice and repeat inner and outer thigh lifts. today will be stretchmax 3 and coremax 2.

This morning I am taking the girls to the mall and then going to a shower later. So I have a fun filled day!

Kali-Yes, the dinner went great last night and then we went to the mall and shopped for a while. Have a good day at work!:)

Good Morning Fellow November Rotationers ! (okay, I KNOW that's not a word! :p )

I just did PUB and did all the same weights as Cathe except for triceps! Yay!!:p
I still am supposed to do a 20 min. run but might sub a longer walk or bike ride instead. Yesterday was an interval run, plus I hiked in the woods an hour and my legs are a little sore. Don't think I want to do another run today AND tomorrow (as is on the rotation).
Might even do a short step workout in place.....haven't decided yet.

Hi Girls!

Today is the last day of the July rotation for me! It calls for legs and abs. I'm itchin' to do cardio though so I might nixx legs (I still can't do them with heavy weight cause of my knee anyway!x( )and do cardio and abs instead.

Tomorrow is a rest day and then on Monday I start the new rotation...I'm sooo excited! :)

I have seen great results from this rotation so I am hoping that will continue with November's!:+

This morning I did TJ 20 min Cardio and PLB. I am enjoying the November workout so far and will probably up my cardio tomorrow before PUB. I will probably do a 40 min TJ.

Mariangles - Boy - makes me tired to think of all you do each day! You go girl! I can't wait for the new Turbo Jams!

I'm done with my work out.

I did Leaner Legs with no weights to be nice to my knee and boy did it still burn!}(
Then I threw in the cardio I was craving with Step Heat combo # 1
and then
Step Heat abs to finish it off.

July 03 rotation is officially complete! WOOT WOOT!:7

November 05 rotation, here I come!!!;) }( ;-)

Becky congratulations, the same weight as Cathe except for triceps. Great work. You can substitute the running with 5 interval of IMAX.


Wendy,I'm so glad to have the entire month of November to do Cathe workouts and other things with you.I am sure you will see great results with this rotation too.

Hello ladies,

Today, I kept it simple. I did a 7 mile run on my treadmill and the first segment of Total Stretch. Tomorrow, I will also offically start the November '05 rotation. Although, I'm not sure if I should start with week 1, or 2, since I did a few planned workouts this week that week in week 1. Anyway, I'll figure it out.

Hi Everyone,

I was craving a fun step workout today since I've either ran or used the Elliptical maching and recumbent bike all week. I had a great time doing step blast this afternoon and following it up with coremax 1.
