Yesterday was S&H chest and PS legs floorwork x3. Whew! that floorwork was awesome! Today is S&H back and abhits. gotta get ready for work.

I'm off to do PLB and then a powerwalk after I take the boys to school. Supposed to do 30 min. of Basic Step, which I don't have, plus it's beautiful here this morning so I want to get outside.

Good Morning Fitness Friends,

Today is Kickmax, which I don't have so I am doing a mish-mosh that Mariangeles suggested instead. It sounds great! The kick/punch part of KPC, the cardio premix of bootcamp and kickbox premix from bootcamp. :eek:

I'll let you know if I survive!

Today is the first day of the Nov rotation for me. This calls for KPC but I'm itching to try Kickmax so I'm not sure what I'll be doing yet.
 
Hi Girls,

Sounds like everyone as a good day planned:) I just have a run and abs planned for today.It is a little chilly so I am not sure if I will take my run outside or not.

Wendy-Kickmax at the end is more aerobic like.KPC as more kickboxing moves but if you are in the mood to try KM...go for it.I did it yesterday.I am now trying to do 2 kickboxing workouts a week.

I don't have Imax 3 Phyllis, but when I modify, I just don't jump as high. And believe me somedays I DO have to modify! LOL!

Mariangles, thank you! I loved the mish mosh of BC and KPC. I added KPC abs on the end for a one hour workout total. It was a kickbutt workout! Hard, but fun! }(

It's foggy and cold here this morning.....I hope the sun comes out soon!

Good morning everyone and to all who follow!

Today was KM. Sorry, but this is probably my least favorite Cathe workout. I really like KPC, it flows so nicely. This one just seems made to be done in segments only, but that's JMO.

Anyways, I did the low impact kickboxing premix with the leg conditioning. That is about the only one I use on this.

OK now my WO is done.

I 've completed Boot Camp twice (no abs.) My rotation calls for total body work today but I wanted to get in a little more cardio, since there are only 3 cardio days per week in this rotation. Doing the BC x 2 gave me better total body work than just once.

Wendy which Kick box DVD did you settle on?
