Boy, I am starting again, we really have lost alot of people. sigh.

I did the 8 min. taebo for a quick workout before I take my middle son to tennis.

Good Morning All.

Today is the last day of the July 03 rotation. It calls for leg and ab work. I'm itchin' to do cardio though so I may toss the leg work and do cardio and abs...not sure yet.

Tomorrow is a rest day and then on Monday I'll start Cathe's new November rotation!:)

I'm doing GS Legs, some abs and chest, back and triceps (mayeb the GS workout too)...

Carole I started it yesterday as the "historic daily check in" because we have been around for so long so maybe you missed it due to the nature of my title.LOL!!

Tammy, that's great! Now I have someone to complain too when I have DOMS from a work out or don't feel like doing what's on the schedule! LOL :p I also have someone to share good results with too though!:+
