Starting it today.

I did PS shoulders, PLB floorwork and PSBB&A abs.

Nice short workout.

Doctor yesterday said that my hip pain is muscular not joint. So that was good news for me. Wants me to do stretching exercises, anybody got any really good ones? I really do not want to have to see a physical therapist.

Annette, do you have Cathe's Stretch Max? I don't have it, but may be what you want.
As for my workout today, the plan is for Step Blast and Core Max 1
 
This morning was Imax 1 for me, which I was finally able to do without taking longer rest breaks and only modifing a few of the scissor jacks and the air jacks!

Is your hip pain on the side/front/back? I like the stretch where you cross one leg over the other knee and pull back. That works the best for my rear hip pain.

So far today, 20 minute run with 10 minute w/u and c/d. Legs and Glutes. Going to get that upper body w/o before I go to bed. I'm determined!!!
 
Hello ladies,

I posted in the other daily checkin this morning but I will post back in this one. I did LG and PS floorlegs today making up for yesterday. Also did GSCT today and this one always kicks my butt!

Tomorrow I will probably do an ab marathon (KPC,ME,PUB). that will be it for me.

Annette...if you find a good Physical Therapist they will really help. I have only seen one a few times, but I was up an running again quickly. The first time I actually had a torn calf muscle. After 5 treatments I was able to run again. So just don't count them out...:)...Carole
