Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday Nov 1st, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing Hiit It, Strike It and Crunch It LIVE. Get ready to burn major calories as you make your way through some high and low impact Hiit blasts, followed by some kickboxing and concluding with some crunchy/planky core work!

Equipment Needed:

A fitness mat

Gloves (optional)


Hubby and I haven't been able to work out this past week and this one really kicked our butts! My abs were too spent to do all the raised frog crunches, but definitely excited to work up to these! Thanks Cathe for another killer workout!
The HiiT drills in this routine!!! The minimal, (typically 8 or 16) count break between HiiT moves really cranked up the difficulty level. It was just the right amount of HiiT, timewise, and Cathe moved to the kickboxing just as I started my "no more!" screams at the TV. This will be a go-to cardio for certain.
