Hubby and I haven't been able to work out this past week and this one really kicked our butts! My abs were too spent to do all the raised frog crunches, but definitely excited to work up to these! Thanks Cathe for another killer workout!
The HiiT drills in this routine!!! The minimal, (typically 8 or 16) count break between HiiT moves really cranked up the difficulty level. It was just the right amount of HiiT, timewise, and Cathe moved to the kickboxing just as I started my "no more!" screams at the TV. This will be a go-to cardio for certain.
