Well I have some time before my kids get off the school bus.
I tried the pink lemonade zipfizz and I’m not a soda drinker but it had a mild carbonated taste to it. Anyways I didn’t feel a big ‘buzz’ just a little kick starter; enough to get me out of a slow, sluggish mode.
I’m going to try it again in the morning and see if I notice a difference.
Since I drink 20oz of strong Espresso daily with a splash of soy in it maybe that’s why I didn’t feel much but just enough – if that makes any sense?
Not sure if it made a difference with CCv8 which was a great run all hills but a good burner overall.
Tomorrow is my scheduled rest day but if DH & I stay in town I may do something like The Viper depending on whats planned for the day.
Thursdays we drop the kids off at school and then go off on an adventure of sorts lol. Lately its been looking at neighborhoods in the capital city around where dh's work is at.
Its really the only day we get to spend any quality couple time hanging out.
Iris – Do you feel you need to go up in weight w/ PS Legs& abs? For some reason if I don’t up my weights considerably with that series I just don’t get ‘worked’.
Glad to hear things are going better for you.
Kathy – Kickmax hmmm I’m trying to remember the last time I did that one. Enjoy!
Chris our sunny day has become quite cloudy and grey over here –blah!
Oh yes I love my teas, been a coffee/tea drinker since I was a wee one. My mom would use loose tea leaves she would gather during our summers in Puerto Rico and save esp. for winter use in NYC; mmmmm those teas were so fragrant and yummy.
I told DH that’s what I want for Christmas is a nice variety of loose tea leaves and a pretty tea brewing pot lol.
Beth Oh no!! Keep taking those vitamins and the zicam. Sore throats and just plain getting sick is icky!
That’s nice about Gina learning tricks and aww a fraidy cat is she? Lol How sweet.
Ah so Squeeze Stronger is more of a strength workout eh?
Still, I plan on getting it as all my weight DVDs are Cathe’s and for the moment I’m taking a Cathe break somewhat.
I love Cathe and what her workouts have done for me but I just don’t feel the need to lift so heavy at the moment.
I have the kettlebells working and I like the change of pace.
After my Christmas shopping I will get it soon. I saw the clips and it’s different enough from Cathe and I like what I saw.
You need to tell me about that extreme cardio kbell dvd. Are you still working with Tracey?
Joanne – I think the reason CCv8 feels tough is because its an all hills workout. Good lordy that one is definitely an endurance run. My legs at some points were quivering and challenge 2 is wow lol. Glad to say I pushed through it and came out crossing that finish line at the end. I wonder what Sean has in store for V9 he’s been pretty quiet on his forums and usually he joins us crazy gals in our banter lol. He’s such a sweetie heart.
Happy Birthday to your Ian! An indoor water park sounds like great weekend fun! Oh take me take me lol Living in the sticks we have nothing meh
Christmas shopping will be easy for me this year. My youngest is finally getting her iPod, and my 18 & 16 yr olds just want clothes and money lol.
DH is getting a massager for his chair and the moms are getting gift baskets filled with yummy stuff for breakfasts. Things are tight all over so we are trying to not go crazy either esp. since dh needs new tires for his car.
Hottie your sister sounds funny. That movie wasn’t that bad but it did have its moments esp. with Gloria the hippo and Moto Moto the large hippo dude.
Good luck on that meeting and when your boss starts giving you grief remember give him a silent Bronx cheer to make you smile lmao. Congrats on maintaining!
Ivy be warned kettlebells are addictive lol.
I really enjoy using them and so glad I jumped off that fence about kettlebells. Once you start working with them and feel how they work your muscles; well I for one am hooked!
Have fun at the circus I’m sure your kidlets will get a kick out of it.
I believe I got everyone
Have a great day my kids are now home and soon I need to start dinner.
