I just discovered Cathe in January and now I'm completely hooked. My question is what rotation would be the best to start with? I have seen fitness freaks rotations and they all look great. I'm 5'2" and weigh about 108 lbs, so not really looking to lose weight. I'm more focused on gaining muscle definition and strength, but at the same time I still would like to do cardio (running 4-6 miles or one of Cathe's dvd's) 3x a week if this wouldn't interfere with my muscle/strength gains. I have the following dvd's:
Drill Max
Muscle Max
Low Max
4 day split
Boot Camp/Muscle Endurance
Body Max 2
GS series
Slow and Heavy
Power Hour
Rhythmic Step
Kick, Punch, and Crunch/ Legs and Glutes
Timesaver
Butts and Gutts
High Step Circuit
All cardio step (came with the step)
Any suggestions on any other dvd's that are a must for my growing collection? Can't believe I have already purchased 17 in only 2 months.
