NOT sore from Muscle Endurance!???

Hi there. Just wondering if you guys get sore from ME? I did it last night and didn't go that light on the weights. Surprisingly I am not sore at all today. I am not sure if it is the EAS betagen kickin' in with recovery or if I need to up my weights?


Do you usually get sore from this video? Should you get as sore from endurance training as you do from strength?

I am actually happy as I can now do C&W today! Yeah!!! I was afraid I would be too sore to do it!
 
Sore - yes! I up most of the weights just a bit in ME except for the bicep segment. But the most important thing, I think is form. I really give every contraction my all. I have a mirror on the wall in my workout room that shows from about my chest and down when I stand in front of it (in other words, it cuts off my head and shoulders.) When I go down for a low-end lunge or squat, I make sure that the top of my head NEVER goes higher than the mirror. During the glute raises and leg presses (or any leg move for that matter) I really drive my heel into the ground and focus on all of the work load being placed on my quad, hamstring, calf, etc. In PUB Cathe says something like, "Visualize your results, then go there to make it happen." I have tried this with every curl, crunch, lunge, squat, etc. that I do and it really helps!
 
I am with you, endurance tapes do not make me sore like a good heavy strength workout does. Although the first time I did Muscle Endurance I could really feel in in my biceps which I was thrilled about, as I have a really time working that muscle to pain.
 
I THOUGHT I was not sore from ME. The first morning after I did it I felt great, and usually I feel the pain from workouts the next day. But two days later I woke up and could hardly move, I was really surprised. Both PUB and PLB left me sore the very next day, but this was different. So I did it a second time last night and again I'm not sore today, but we'll see about tommorow!

JillyBean - good pointers. I think my form was good. But who knows... I guess it can always improve

Angela - I am usually sore right away from both PUB and PLB too.

I did PLB floor section tonight, C&W and PUB shoulders. I'll see how sore I am.

I started taking EAS betagen this week. I am thinking maybe it is already helping! It has been 100% improvement in recovery this week compared to last! Not sure if it is the EAS stuff or just that my body is getting use to being brutalized with the intensity series???? hmmmm.....

I will increase my wts on ME next time and see how I do:)
 
Thanks for the comment Honeybunch. I'm getting a kick out of thinking about how INTO pain we all are here!!! Is this sick or what - LOL.

I just did ME for the first time last night, and the only DOMS I have today is in my shoulders. I don't necessarily think that endurance workouts are enough to bring on muscle soreness due to lighter lifting. Now PUB, I always feel the next day!

I've done ME a few times without being sore. I did it yesterday and today, my chest muscles and hamstrings are sore. Maybe somedays, your muscles can handle more weight and work than other days.
