am i the only one who likes them as is? I think I might rarely use a premix for an hour of weights or an hour of cardio... other than that, I love the way they are and the way they are divided.

Are any of you planning to also use them as they are?

Hi Darine,

I'm with you -- I'll probably just continue using them as they are! For some reason, I just never do premixes. I always love Cathe's workouts just as they come!

Leanne:)

On HIS, there is a step routine with the blasts with w/u, c/d and stretch. It's great if you don't want to do the weights. This premix is good to learn HIS.

Because my knees are tweaky, I tend to do cardio and weights on separate days. I'll use the premixes a lot. What I love is that there is something for everyone here.

Maggie:)

I plan to use them as is for now. It's just so great to have a short cardio and through weights in under an hour. Then you are done! There are so many premixes, I feel a little overwhelmed.

Darine-
If you are going to be using them consisitently as your only source of weights you might consider using the premix options that have the strength parts switched up- this will help your muscles from becoming accustomed to the weights segment. I LOVE anytime premixes include this option as you can create muscle confusion musch easier with the same DVDs.

yes you are right. It's important to change. I do have the Gym Style Serie and few other weights DVD's. I might use premixes sometimes for full body workout or cardio only. May be later, I will do some circuit premixes... but I would rather do like BM2, Low Impact Circuit or Drill Max...

I feel with 4 days split and GS, I have a good variety. May be in the future when I know them well, I will look more into the premixes. God... I love the 4 day split!
