Non-Road Trippers CCPP Saturday

Michele its a thought to add in V4 to CCPP since it doesn't include sections from that volume.

hmmmm (opens her binder & looks at her CC's descriptions)....

Challenge 2 of V4 has three level 3 hills moving to a level 4 for 1 minute with a 30 sec rest it lasts for 7:56 minutes -OR-
Challenge 3 of V4 starts w/ a 3minute level 3 climb w/ a 1 minute rest -->level 4 sprint for 45 sec. a rest , then level 3 climb rest --> last sprint at a level 4 for 1 min. for a total of 11 minutes :eek:

Ohhh I like the sound of adding on challenge 3 from V4 of course I'll add a steady before the add on challenge

Well we all have time to decide lol

Vilma, I just did V4 yesterday and it's still very fresh in my mind. Oh man, it's an awesome workout, and killer!! The 2nd challenge nearly did me in and I didn't think I could manage the 3rd, but the steady state break in between gave me just enough time to strengthen my resolve and go for the gusto! :D

CCPP is a compilation of volumes 1 through 7. Sean put it together to raise money for the Choose Living Foundation. At the time it was made, Volume 7 hadn't been released yet and Sean included a challenge from it to give us a sneak peak. It's also peppered with lots of motivational and inspirational comments from Sean and Jim MacLaren, the founder of the CLF. There's also a 30 minute interview with Jim. It's a great workout and I highly recommend it. You can get it by making a $20 donation to the Choose Living Foundation.

I want to play. This will work out perfect with my schedule and I haven't done it in a long time. I don't know about the challenge though. :p

See you Saturday.
