I have some stomach issues and am trying to figure out what is causing them. I am scheduled for a doctor's app. soon, but want to eliminate some of the things that could be causing the prob. before I go.
I am eliminating dairy from my diet and need some good breakfast options. I typically have a protein shake w/yogurt, so now that's out. Today I had whole wheat bread and some peanut butter. I don't want to eat too many grains though. I need a good combination of fats, grains, and protein. My body notices when it doesn't get that!
Lunch and dinner are better bec. I can eat lots of salads, veggies, and get protein from turkey or chicken. Breakfast is a prob. though. Don't want a high fat, all grains breakfast. Since I have stomach prob. I don't want to add beans (beans and meat sound gross for breakfast anyway!)
I've never tried soy milk but have read on this board that it causes some stomach issues. Don't need more of that.
Any ideas, wise and smart board members?
Thanks in advance.
