I would like to see a total lower body workout (60-75mins) using super super high reps and NO weights, bands only.....perfect for traveling and getting that long lean leg look! (and then us pears with Type II muscle fibers won't have to worry about bulking!)
I would like to see some OLD SCHOOL floor leg work! That stuff is legendary and killer! I remember doing it in my dance (ballet) classes and it worked! People still talke about The Firm Vol. 1 and how its worth it just for the floor work - I would like to see Cathe blow this video to pieces and make her floorwork talked about for decades!
