No weights lower body workout

I would like to see a total lower body workout (60-75mins) using super super high reps and NO weights, bands only.....perfect for traveling and getting that long lean leg look! (and then us pears with Type II muscle fibers won't have to worry about bulking!)

I would like to see some OLD SCHOOL floor leg work! That stuff is legendary and killer! I remember doing it in my dance (ballet) classes and it worked! People still talke about The Firm Vol. 1 and how its worth it just for the floor work - I would like to see Cathe blow this video to pieces and make her floorwork talked about for decades! :)
 
Yes, I agree. I like the firm lower body floor work video. Now that Cathe has introduce the band, we can use that in the workout. Also with the option of ankle weights. I definately feel it when I do the firm floor leg workout.

This would be a valuable workout IMHO I hope Cathe considers this. And of course she could thrwo in some plyometrics for variety... and intensity.
