no weights for a week or two?

For the last few weeks, I've been doing my own version of a "split" program, with each workout adding up to about an hour with warmup, cooldown and stretch: About 30 min cardio then back... 30 min cardio then biceps & shoulders... 30 min cardio then chest & tri... 30 min cardio then abs... and a full leg workout.

I'm seeing good results muscle-wise, but now I'd like to focus on burning off some more fat to give my muscles a chance to show a little more! Do you think a cardio-only program for 1 to 2 weeks would accomplish that without losing any of the muscle??? Thanks for any feedback.:)
