Well the roadtrippers will be back and I am excited to hear all about it After today I am passing the torch back to Shelley for this check-in. I hope everyone is doing well.

Did well on all aspects of challenge yesterday.

No salty snacks - and my own personal triumph, the Tostitos are still in the house and I haven't had one

Water - check, more than enough

No sweets - check - I did have 1/2 cup of Breyers Heart Smart Chocolate Brownie ice cream last night but it only has 4 gm. of sugar in a 1/2 cup so I don't count this as cheating.

Jane I just wanted to say WAY TO GO on those tostitos! You are doing very well. I wouldn't count the Breyers as cheating either.

Wow, I feel ashamed to post now! I am the first person who can't put a check next to something! I cannot check sugar. I had about 20 mini vanilla wafers yesterday while babysitting ;( I burned it off this morning during my workout. Other than that, I have had a fabulous weekend!

I actually got it this morning w/ no chocolate cravings! I wonder what's up with that! Not complaining tho. That is usually the one downfall I can count on every month.

Hi everyone,

Yesterday was not a good day for me, so we know how that went. But today I had 2 SF whole wheat grain pieces of toast. I bought all healthy stuff at the grocery store yesterday, and today I am determine to have no sweets, enough water, and no salt. I will do it today!!!

I'm hanging in there. Sugar is the most difficult thing for me.

No salty snacks - check
No Sweets - sorry can't check this one. I had ice cream and sugar wafers x( , but I'm still under my allowed 50g or less of sugar so it's not that bad.

I can't wait to see all the pictures and read all about the roadtrip.
