Today I felt tired in the morning so I couldn't workout, but I took a nap and by late afternoon I had tons of energy. My walk/jog turned into a jog/run and then I got back and did some legwork and Bootcamp's core only premix. Whoa mamma! I feel great. My diet has been good too, but I have to be realistic. We got one week left for March and I'll probably lose about a pound (not even two). I'll give you the verdict next Sunday. I hope you have an awesome week. I'm going to be busy because it's the last week before my Easter vacation, but I can't wait for the week to be over. I already have a CTX rotation planned which I'm going to do for about 3 weeks or so. So how are you doing?
