Good Morning!
Who is going to be able to stay away from all the sweets today? LOL I think I ate my share yesterday soooooo Im gonna be good today! UGH!
I have had an o.k week. I trained a girl for 2 days so that kept my eating under control but then I had DD's party Thurs night. Had a cooler, picked at some cake and choc fondue. Then Fri night i went out with the girls and had 6 drinks. And of course, yesterday I wasn't feeling #1 so I picked alot and ate things that I shouldn't have.
Im back on track though and hoping that the next 4-5 weeks will be good eating while following my rotation
We are going to my parents house today for the day so I am up early to get my workout in. Im gonna do HST and a run.
Yesterdays workout (after my nap
) was a 7 mile run in 64:44 mins. It was all interval running and I thought my time was pretty good.

Linda** Whats all this about fasting?
Rose** I hear ya on the bad eating! The scale was kind to me last week but I am staying away from it for a couple of days, maybe i will weigh on Wed or something

Aren't you younger then me? Or a yr older? I didn't realize that you were married at such a young age. I know you have had your ups and downs and soooo glad that you 2 made it through those tough yrs. Smooth sailing from here on in
