Hello. Today I did 10-10-10 (cardio) + S&int (chest) + 10-10-10 (triceps & stretch). My diet has been okay so far, but I cheated like crazy last night. Oh well. I'll do better next time. I hope you all have a great week.

Today, I am relaxing. Yesterday was my "free" day on BFL, but I chose to work out and do KPC.

Today starts W3,D1. I am really dragging, and my motivation is lacking big time.

Hello ladies. I returned to exercising this morning after 2 weeks off ( vacation one week and extremely busy with work, after school activities and preparing for interviews----Am I making excuses?)
Anyway, it was pyramid upper body this morning and I tell you I felt like I could barely get through since I have lifted weights in 2 weeks. I just love that workout. Eating has been okay and I am managing to keep the weight within range, so I am happy about that.
 
Hey Ladies!! I am back from Vegas- had a great time. No big winnings LOL!! I ate way tooooooooo much junk!! I've had vacations where I could eat at least semi clean, but just couldn't this time. Not without paying an arm and a leg. Seriously, the choices were so limited.

Anyway I am back on track today. I did LIC timesaver cardio this morning. It felt good to workout again. I actually miss my routine when I am gone. I did alot of walking though, so hopefully I haven't done too much damage.

I put a few new pics on my picture trail.

Welcome back fitfairy. I am glad you had fun. Vacations are meant to be filled with eating whatever you want:( Even after vacation, I was off another week because I had so much going on.

I will be having a small piece of birthday cake(DS) later on this evening, but other than that, I am getting back to cleaner eating.
 
Hi everybody. WB Catherine!

Wow I've been super busy this week. On Monday I couldn't workout and yesterday I could squeeze a workout because I did it first thing in the morning (it was CTX Kickbox in it's entirety + CTX Power Circuit back only). Today I'm extremely busy too and I'm not sure if I'm going to have the time (and energy; I'm very sleep deprived) to workout to Cathe or to do yoga. We'll see. My diet? Ouch it has been awful. Stress does that to me. I have to learn how to control that. I hope you're doing better than I am. :)
 
OMG you all April has just flown by!! I can not believe it is almost May. I worked out today even though I woke up at 2:30 am with a migraine and then had to get up at 7:00 and go to work. Feeling quit tired but not bad I guess. Eating has been good since I've been back and hope to keep it that way.

Rose, sorry you are under so much stress and so busy right now. Remember this too shall pass. Just jump right back in with both feet as soon as you can!!

Affirm, how did DS's Birthday party go??

Catherine OMG! I was just going to post that I'm getting a migraine. You know how it starts hurting in one side of the head? That's what's happening to me right now. My brain is cooking a big one. Does that happen to you too? I know when I'm getting one because it starts slowly, sometimes hours before and sometimes days before. I'm definitely skipping my workout for today.

Yes! April is almost gone. You're all awesome, I can't believe we're still here! Without this check-in I would be in a whole other place diet and fitness wise. I know I always have to come in here and post about my mistakes when I make them so I make them less often. :) *Hugs to all of you* You really inspire me to never give up on anything.
 
Rose, I hope you have something to take for your migraine!! I know only too well how they feel. I get them often in the middle of the night. Sometimes I dream I've got a headache and wake up with one. If I wake up soon enough to take something I can ward it off, but usually I don't get up soon enough x(

I agree this checkin has kept me straight. Not 100% but that's ok- I think that's impossible LOL!!! But I am sure glad to be here with you all!!!

I hope the migraines have gone away by the time I am posting ladies.

I must confess------this week has not been great either. It is that TTOM. I enjoyed birthday cake on Tuesday and some snack size pack of M&M's and a small pack of mini oreos yesterday. YIKES! Sometimes I wonder if people use TTOM as an excuse to eat or do you really crave sugar. In January, I didn't eat any sweets during TTOM. I just feel like I can't getback on track after being away. January and February was awesome. March was okay and April has just been shot. I guess I can look on the bright side---April is almost over and I can look forward to May.

Like I said-----I had to be honest and confess.I will say that I haven't gained any weight, so that is a plus.

So, as the month of April ends, how did you ladies do with your goals.
