No problems with original DVD's

I've had no problems whatsoever with my DVD's that I pre-ordered in October. I also haven't received any replacement DVD's. If my current DVD's play fine, do I still need the replacements? Can I wait until there is a problem? I'd hate to throw away perfectly good DVD's....

Yes, eventhough your current DVD's play fine on your current player, they may not play at all when you replace your DVD player.

I just wanted to put my two cents in I hope you don't mind. My dvd's played fine too but I just received the replacements and they do play so much better the transtition from segment to segment is so much better/smoother in all dvds. I hope this helps!

I want to make sure I got this right.....are we all getting replacement DVD's, even if we currently are not experiencing problems (although the transitions are bad). Do I need to contact anyone for them, and do I send my current ones back?

Any info would be appreciated.

You don't need to contact us. Everyone who ordered from us will receive replacements. We're about halfway done sending out the presale order replacements and should finish the rest in about another 7 business days. You will receive a pre-addressed and pre-paid Business Reply envelope to send the orginal discs back in.
