I'm so excited that I just officially completed my first 4 week Cathe rotation using the GS workouts...and I'm most excited about the fact that I won't have anymore dropset pushups for at least another month !! Those things are beastly!!!!!
They are nasty but isn't it awesome when you complete them all! Not everyone can do that you know and I think we should consider ourselves lucky!!!

I wish I could say I could do them "as is"...but in all honesty I can only do about a quarter of them on my toes and I have to give myself longer breaks in between sets x( x( . I think it is an absolute testiment to one's physical ability and strength to be able to do those things straight through like Cathe and the girls do!! It's my goal to one day make it through those things without dropping to my knees and not needing the extra few seconds of rest in between sets!! One day I guess .
I was really proud of myself for doing the first 16 with straight legs. That's all I really go for, then I drop down. Sometimes I get back into the full body extension for 8 and 2 as well-- if I've eaten my Wheaties!!!
