Marie, this is the God's honest truth, the only rotation I follow or try to is Cathe. I have however, develop better muscle def. when I use to go to a hardcore gym, but I truly have to say while doing Cathe's workout and any rotation I get from this forum has helped big time. As for my diet....hahahaha, I can't. I only get frustrated if I have to eat cardboard food. Life's too short. Although I eat better now than I have a few years ago. I modify everyday.

Sarah, thanks so much! I am going to put up some pics of my kids soon...I meant to do it this weekend, but you know about those good intentions, lol. :) Thanks for the hair color complement. I just started dating this guy who actually asked me if that was my natural color. I was like, ugggggghhhh.... it's "slightly enhanced." hehehe.

Yeah, I think the posing would feel kinda silly, but if you look at the guys in the gym, they do not seem to think so! :)

OMG I've seen some women actually posing in the gym out in the middle of the floor--it is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen! Good for a laugh though.

Ok I just took a look at the bikinix( x( x(. If I can model in shorts that would be doable. I just can't imagine me posing with my cheeks hanging out. Besides I would need a lot of concealer on the cheeks. My dh is so stupid, when it comes to the cheeks, he says, "Looks like God had a little too much black on his paintbrush":D :D :D. I gotta laugh with him b/c it's true.
