Hi Everyone! I recently got word that I will be going back on QVC again this Thursday October 19th between 6am and 9am EST! For this reason I will unfortunately have to cancel Cathe Live this Thursday Oct 19th. But I'd love for you to pick from one of my 169 other Cathe Live workouts this Thursday and share a strong & sweaty pic of your finish! I’ll be looking for your “I survived Cathe Live workout #____ !” pic when I get back to my office on Thursday.
