Nike Free

Yes - I have a pair and run in them short distances and also exercise in them regularly. The upper is very comfortable and I love the cusioning underneath. I will continue to use them for indoor exercise, but found for running, I need a little more support for my heel and am now running in Zoots.

Yes! They r super! Lightweight, flexes with the natural flexion of your feet and wear well!
If your going to go "free" though you might as well do the vibram fivefingers! They are my favorite!

I LOVE THESE SHOES!!!!! They are so light and comfortable. I wear them for everything, including step, kickboxing, plyometrics, running, and weight lifting.

I have the cross trainer version of these, Nike Free Hyper TR Women's Training Shoe, and absolutely love these! I posted about my trials with Under Armour, Saucony, barefoot, and then finally finding these. I don't run at all, so I can't speak to the running shoe exactly, but they are similar. I love how flexible and lightweight these are, I love that I don't experience the same foot pain I get with other shoes, I even love the way they look. I wear them for all of my dvds, they work great for kickboxing, bootcamp, hiit, turbo fire, and weight lifting., they are especially impressive for workouts with lots of jumping. I give these an A+!
