Hi Cathe,

I noticed you were posting and wanted to take the opportunity to see how you are doing and ask a couple of questions.

First, I hope that injury is continuing to heal nicely.

Second, I was wondering if you would be willing to drop a few morsels of information regarding the new workouts. You had mentioned in a previous post that rehearsals were, by and large, done. Can you say a little bit more about the workouts? I know who don't wish to get too specific for fear of disappointing us should things in the workout change, and any info. would be nice. For example, what equipment is used in each workout? What is the general structure of the workout? Any new moves that you're incorporating this time around?

I admit it, I'd love to hear some more details!
 
I hope you are healing well too Cathe. Please take your time on filming the workouts and wait until you feel 100%. I agree it would be very nice to know a little more about the workouts. I am especially interested in the routine of Drill Max. I know usually you don't want to give any details because things may change, but since rehearsals have been going on, I was wondering if we could know a few details about the workouts? As I was doing the hardcore extremes in this month's rotation, I was remembering the first time I did those plie jacks in Imax3 and the power lunges in Kickmax. I was so happy that I no longer had to dread them: While I certainly can't claim to look forward to them at least I know I'm going to live. But then I thought of DrillMax and what delightfully evil things Cathe will have in store for us this time, and a chill went up my spine.

I, too, am anxious for information about the new workouts. But part of me is grateful for a little extra time--"enjoy it while it's offered."
