I am ready for a weight video and I am not sure which one. I have been doing total muscle sculpting and feel it is time to move forward. I have worked with weights a little, but nothing on a routine basis. Would Muscle Max be a good step? (I have followed the fitness mag workouts....thats about it)

Muscle Max is good...tough. You might want to start with the Power Hour DVD, as it does have 3 good workouts, 2 all weight ones and 1 step and short weight segment....:)
 
Give it time. You'll get there! :p I'm about halfway there myself, after only one year. }(
