Next Tri-State gathering @ Cathe's 10/20

Great idea to put this on the main forums as well as social groups, Ellie, a few of our members forget to check the group board from time to time.

Chrissy..to answer your question, I was home by 2 pm after class and our coffee gathering, and I live an hour away, so I don't think you'll have a problem being where you need to be by 6 pm.....

I plan on doing boot camp and drill max for the next month just to prepare!
And I am NEVER taking a shower before that class again, why bother?? Need to be hosed down when I got home before I could even get in my own shower!! Soooo excited for October.

I am so glad that you made this check-in, as I completely forgot about the last get together. I do forget to check the social groups, but I am on the check-ins everyday. I sure am hoping I can make the 2Oth!

Hey guys! Well, I posted just earlier this week that I was good for the 20th. I have a sub lined up for work and everything! BUT.....my co-worker just told me that she has an eye appt that day, and it's not the routine exam. She's having some trouble and has that date booked. That takes precedence over my Cathe Trip, unfortunately. And only one of us can be out at a time. I'm sad. I have it on my calendar and everything. Is the 20th SET IN STONE??????

Gayle,
I am really close to Cathe's gym and am available Mon, Wed and Fridays. If we can find one that she will be teaching ( and we can pull Jerry away from the beach) I'm sure we could do another day.
Fridays are her step class, which jerry doesn't really like. Mondays are that killer thing we did this week (seriously really great class) and I'm not sure about Wed. But we can check into it. Hopefully we can make it soon

Hey Gals....

Please feel free to schedule a get-together at any time...if it's on a Friday, and I can make it, I'll use the machines during the step class and join in for the weights at the end..

The only reason I'd like to stay with the 20th is I like to give Cathe plenty of notice, anyone in our group can plan a get-together!!! Just make sure you give Cathe a heads up far enough in advance!!
