I have been looking at the posts periodically to see if Cathe has given any indication of what the next round of videos will be. Have I missed it anywhere? I did read a post where she said there might be a rythmic step 2.
Hi Winter. I'm the one that asked about "Rhythmic Step 2", but I was really just asking about an "all cardio" workout for her next video. She said that definitely there will be a (some?) pure cardio workout(s) in the future!! :7 :7
