Next Greatest Hits Suggestion

I would vote for a Greatest Hits Kickboxing DVD! I'm thinking the combos from KPC, Kick Max, Hard Strikes, ROKO with no breakdown and all the heavy bag bonuses.

Also thinking it would be great to have some favs like Afterburn, Supercuts, Flextrain etc with no explaination. Assuming we know all the moves just to have the exercise called out and off we go!

Hey dmerz!! That sounds awesome!! I'm intrigued by the "just call out the name" of the movement and do it. Sounds like alot of fun. I saw a clip of the road trip where everyone was in a circle w/ Cathe in the middle and that's exactly what they did. Someone would go into the center of the circle w/ Cathe and say the name of their fave move and Cathe (and everyone else) would do it for a handful of reps., then they left the circle and another person came in and so on. It looked fun. I love your idea of the kickboxing mix too. I'm in!!!!
