Kathryn - I have just ordered both on their Christmas sale. I'm excited to get them here though!! Do you like the Lauren Brooks? I watched a clip and just from clips, I much prefer the AOS but I know she is quite popular so I might ought to give it a chance. I have watched a clip of Phil Ross too - really, really did not do it for me. I'll be anxious to hear what you think of that one. Clips can be deceiving - they can also go the other way and look totally awesome, only to be a horrible workout! I don't worry about that with the AOS though
