Hi all,
Id like to intro myself
Not new to excersize but new to keeping it up
Im a 61 year old woman who decided that the past years have done enuf damage on me and Im trying to put myself back together I weigh 160 and am 5'5 (maybe a bit shorter, you know what age does to you) Perhaps thats why i feel fatter then when i was 165 years ago,and
have lots of loose flesh just from years of dieting and eating yo-yo syndrome. My best weight thru my years was 145, I was 135 when i was in highschool but since adult years 145 is pretty good. I would love though, to get back to between 135 and 145, realizing that at my age 135 might be too thin for me.
I have admitted finally, that I am a compusive overeater and a binge eater And joined OA so far im much stronger and although have had days where my eating was not clean i have not binged in a month
didnt loose a pound though
Yesterday, I committed to getting back to excersize and wanted to see if i can get support here
I work during the day wed thru sunday and often work real estate on mon and tues
I love Cathe's FIT TV shows but cant always do them
so.. yesterday after work i did 1/2hour Gilad and tonite had a DVD called Boot Camp Well i couldnt do it all but did 54 mins of it with just a couple of slow downs compared to the gals on the show..
For now I am committing to minimun 1/2 hour a day of excersize, and continued clean eating and would like to see if anyone else is new and would like to join me...
